ORDERING: When placing your order please specify Item code No, product name, potency and quantity required. Order are received by

PAYMENT TERMS:

• Net 30 days from date of invoice. New customers are required to pay C.O.D. until credit is established
• Down load the Credit application form and send by Fax or email.   Download Credit Application Form
• Please make cheque payable to: TRAFA PHARMACEUTICAL INC
• We accept VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS and are subject to 3% Transaction fee.
• Late payment charges of 2.5% would be applies on all past due Invoices
• Additional processing fee of $35.00 applies to cheques dishonoured or returned for any reason

SHIPPING:

• Orders over $ 500.00 are shipped prepaid, unless a special carrier is required
• Orders under $500.00 will be charged the cost of transportation
• Fuel Surcharge of $ 30.00 will be applied on certain routes and deliveries
• Dangerous goods are subject to special charge accordance with the Federal Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act.

RETURN GOODS POLICY:

• Report any damage within 2 days and Quality issue within 7 days
• Other claim and return must make within 5 days
• Return are not acceptable without prior consent
• All returns must be in original state or form
• Chemicals and oils cannot be returned for credit
• Expire product may not be returned for credit
• Special order items are non-refundable
